Niziny Środkowopolskie (318) - physico-geographic sub-province in central Poland (29% of the country 's area ) and partly in the Czech Republic, constituting the south-eastern part of the Central European Lowland. The region is mainly a system of rainless erosive-denudation plains with heights of 100-200 m above sea level, maximum of over 340 m on the Głubczyce Plateau ( apart from the artificially raised Kamieńska Mountain with a height of 389 m). The annual rainfall is small (450-500 mm).
