He began his adventure with volleyball at UKS 22, operating at Primary School No. 155 in Krakow. Later he represented the colors of Hutnik Good Result, studying at Junior High School No. 46 in Krakow. Then he was a player of the young PGE Skra Bełchatów, with whom he won the bronze medal at the Polish Junior Championships; in the years 2013–2016 he played as a player on loan in the colors of the team of the School of Sports Championships in Spała. His brother Jan also plays volleyball as the host. His father, Marek Fornal, was also a volleyball player.
