Modern pin-up girls are modeled above all on the fashion of those years, their characteristic feature is strong black lines over the upper eyelids, long lashes (often artificial), heavily painted red lips and chewable "cheeks". Characteristic hairstyles are mainly curls attached on the sides, bangs - necessarily rolled up or in the form of large curls. The most well-known representative of the pin-up trend was Marilyn Monroe.
