Maldives is an archipelago and an island nation of the same name, located in the Indian Ocean, approx. 500 km southwest of the southern tip of India. Weather: from December to April - sunny and rainless. Between May and November it is still warm, but the sky is often overcast and there are frequent rainfalls.
