Salad with mandarins and salmon:
- 100 g fresh salmon
- peeled mandarin
- half romaine lettuce
- a handful of cherry tomatoes
- spoon of almond flakes
- a tablespoon of oil
- a teaspoon of lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Steam the salmon. Mix olive oil with lemon juice and salt.
Tear the lettuce and put it on a plate, place on it pieces of salmon, cut cocktail tomatoes and tangerine divided into particles.
Sprinkle with almond flakes and sprinkle with dressing. Bon Appetit!
