It was built in Sopot at ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino 53 according to the design of Szotyński and Zaleski architects, inspired by the drawings of Jan Marcin Szancer and Per Dahlberg. The facility is part of the "Rezydent" Shopping Center. On the ground floor there are commercial premises, a restaurant and a games room. The building is also a seat, among others regional branch of Radio RMF FM and RMF Max.
