Będzin (Russian: Бендзин) - a city in southern Poland, in the Silesian Voivodeship, seat of the Będzin poviat, in Zagłębie Dąbrowskie, which is a historical part of western Małopolska, on the Czarna Przemsza and Brynica rivers, in the Silesian Upland, in the Upper Silesian Industrial District (GOP) and Katowice conurbation.
