Holy Family, sometimes also called the Holy Family - in Christian theology a family whose members were Jesus Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph. As the Gospel of Matthew testifies (see Mt 1, 16-17), the genealogy came from the lineage of David.
